About our text message program
Wasatch Timber Products offers a text messaging program so we can answer questions and keep you updated on your orders. By providing your mobile number and opting in at checkout, on our website, or on any other Wasatch Timber Products form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from us at that number.
Messages may include follow-up about a cart or quote you did not complete, order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, freight and scheduling coordination, and occasional offers.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy from us without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wasatch Timber Products does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to stop receiving messages
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further marketing text messages unless you opt back in.

How we handle your mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have authority to consent on behalf of, the mobile number you provide.
